초 · 중등학교 발명 · 지식재산교육의 핵심 학습 요소 추출 연구

A Study on Extraction of Key Learning Elements of Invention Intellectual Property Education in Elementary and Secondary Schools

이 연구는 국가수준 초·중등학교 발명·지식재산교육의 내용체계를 구축하는 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 초·중등학교의 발명·지식재산교육 관련 교재(2008~2012년)를 대상으로 핵심 학습 요소를 메타 분석하여 추출하고 타당성을 검증하여 핵심 학습 요소를 추출한다. 연구 내용에 따른 연구의 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 28종 문헌의 내용 분석에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 분석가 3인을 선정하고, 이들이 내용 분석한 핵심 학습 요소는 각각 2,061개, 1,969개, 1,967개를 도출하였다. 둘째, 이를 메타 분석하여 1,985개로 집계하였으며 분석가 3인에게 타당성을 검증받았다. 1,985개 핵심 학습 요소는 발명?지식재산분야의 지식 구조와 문헌에서 다루고 있는 내용 범위를 고려하여 최종적으로 영역 13개와 요소 46개로 유형화하였다. 셋째, 발명?지식재산교육의 핵심 학습 요소를 유형화한 결과, A.발명의 이해(A-1~4), B. 창의성 이해와 활동(B-1~3), C.문제 인식과 활동(C-1~3), D.문제 해결과 활동(D-1~8), E.발명 융합 지식(E-1~5), F.발명 기법과 실제(F-1~4), G.발명태도(G-1~3), H.발명과 진로(H-1~2), I.발명과 경영(I-1~3), J.지식재산 이해(J-1~3), K.특허출원(K-1~3), L.특허 정보 조사(L-1~3), M.특허 정보 분석(M-1~2)영역으로 분석되었다.

This study aims to analyze contents of invention intellectual property education in elementary and secondary education (2008~2012) by meta-analysis and to identify key learning elements. Thus, it will be able to provide standard material, which could help establish contents of invention intellectual property education in elementary and secondary education. The result and conclusion from this study is as follows. First, the content analysis of 28 literatures by 3 analysts extracted 2,061, 1,969, 1,967 key learning elements, respectively and the following meta-analysis generated 1,985 key learning elements. Second, the validity of this analysis was confirmed by the 3 analysts. Finally, 13 areas and 46 elements from the 1,985 key learning elements were identified based on consideration of knowledge structure of invention intellectual property education and scope of literature contents. Third, the key learning elements of invention intellectual property education were identified: A. understanding of invention (A-1~4), B. understanding of creativity and activity (B-1~3), C. problem recognition and activity (C-1~3), D. problem solving and activity (D-1~8), E. invention fusion knowledge (E-1~5), F. invention technique and reality (F-1~4), G. invention attitude (G-1~3), H. invention and career (H-1~2), I. invention and management (I-1~3), J. understanding of intellectual property (J-1~3), K. patent application (K-1~3), L. investigation of patent information (L-1~3), M. analysis of patent information (M-1~2).
