마이스터고등학교 학생들의 리더십생활기술 실태 분석

The Status of Meister High School Students Leadership Life Skills in South Korea

이 연구는 마이스터고등학교 학생의 리더십생활기술 실태를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 리더십생활기술을 7개 영역(커뮤니케이션 기술, 의사결정 기술, 인간관계 기술, 학습능력 기술, 조직관리 기술, 자기이해 기술, 그룹활동 기술)로 분류하고, 영역별로 총 30문항으로 구성된 설문지를 개발한 후, 전국 마이스터고 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 마이스터고 학생들이 인식하는 리더십생활기술은 여학생이 남학생에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학생들의 성별에 따라 리더십생활기술의 하위 영역별 실태는 커뮤니케이션 기술, 의사결정 기술, 인간관계 기술, 그룹활동 기술에 따른 차이만 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학년에 따라 마이스터고 학생들이 인식하는 리더십생활기술은 학년에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 이미 중학교 과정에서부터 정신적인 성장을 거쳐 온 학생들이 교과 학습과 기능(기술)훈련이라는 바쁜 일정 중에도 가정, 학교, 사회 조직 속에서 자신의 행동에 대한 책임감을 더 많이 가졌고, 타인과의 상호작용을 통해 리더십생활기술을 발휘할 기회가 증가하였기 때문이라고 판단된다. 셋째, 거주지역에 따라 마이스터고 학생들이 인식하는 리더십생활기술은 수도권과 영남권 학생들이 다른 지역 학생들보다 긍정적 평가 정도가 높게 나타났다. 거주지에 따른 커뮤니케이션 기술, 의사결정 기술, 인간관계 기술, 학습능력 기술, 조직관리 기술, 자기이해 기술, 그룹활동 기술 등 모든 영역에 따른 차이가 유의미하게 나타났다.

This purpose of this study is to analyze a practice of Leadership Life Skill(LLS) in Meister High School(MHS). Each subordinate area upon background variables, based on previous studies for youth s LLS, three kinds of demographic variables were set in each gender, age and residential place, and set subordinate areas as communication skills, decision-making skills, human relationship skills, learning ability skills and organization control skills, self-understanding skills and group activity skills. The result of this study is as follows. First, the LLS recognized by students in the MHS upon gender showed high in girl students compared with boy students. The practice in each subordinate area in the LLS upon the gender of students showed a meaningful difference only in the skills of communication, decision-making, human relationship and group activity. Second, the LLS recognized by students in the MHS upon grade showed no big difference. This is judged that overall students awareness of LLS is high, as the students who passed mental growth for their career choice already in a middle school course have more responsibility for their behavior in family, school and social organization, even in the busy schedule of learning and technical training and the opportunity to exercise their LLS is increased due to interaction with others. Third, the LLS recognized by students in the MHS upon residential area is higher in metropolitan and Young-nam area in degree of positive evaluation than other areas. And there was a meaningful difference upon residential area such as the skills of communication, decision-making, human relationship and group activity.
