중소기업 기술 인력의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 공업계 고교의 역할과 직업교육의 방향

New Task of the Technical High Schools and the Innovative breakthrough of the Vocational Education for reinforcing competitiveness of small and medium enterprise s HRD

이 연구는 우리나라 산업의 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 중소기업의 일반현황 및 인력 수급현황을 분석하여 중소기업 기술 인력의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 발전 방안과, 공업계 고등학교의 직업교육 방향을 제안하기 위하여 수행되었다. 주된 연구 내용과 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 중소기업의 현황 및 인력수요 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 규명하고 기업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 혁신 주도형 중소기업의 발전 방향을 설정하였다. 둘째, 중소기업의 혁신 역량 강화를 위한 기술인력 양성 방안을 설정하였다. 셋째, 산업사회의 변화에 따른 공업계 고등학교의 기술 인력 양성 방안과 직업교육 방향을 설정하였다. 넷째, 평생직업능력 개발 체제 구축을 위한 직업교육 체제 경로 개선 모형을 제안하였다.

This study targets the general and present status of small and medium enterprises which are composed of the main fields in the Korean industries. It is based on the research results of analyzing the supply and demand of human resources. Accordingly, it is performed to suggest the advanced programs for reinforcing competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and innovative breakthrough of the vocational education. The results are as follows : firstly, the general and present status of small and medium enterprises was carried out, which was established for the extremely advanced programs of innovative small and medium enterprises for the purpose of reinforcing and boosting competitiveness. Secondly, it was put forth that the educational training programs of technical human resources for focusing on the capabilities of small and medium enterprises. Thirdly, the study examined the educational training programs of technical human resources of technical high schools based on the radical changes of modem industrial society. Finally, it was concentrated on the reformed models of vocational education which were reflected developed constructions of lifelong career.
