대학 e러닝 환경에서 수업성공에 영향을 미치는 학습자 특성에 관한 연구

A Study on the Characters of Leaners Affecting the Success of Learning under E-Learning Circumstances for Universities

이 연구는 대학 e러닝 환경에서 학습자 특성(학습기술, ICT활용능력, 학교에 대한 태도, 자아개념)이 수업성공(학업 성취도, 참여도, 만족도)과 어떠한 관계인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 대학 e러닝 환경에서 수업성공에 영향을 미치는 학습자 특성을 탐색하여, 대학 e러닝 설계?운영시 고려해야 할 학습자 특성을 종합적으로 알아보는 것이다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자들의 특성 중 학습기술, ICT활용능력, 그리고 학교에 대한 태도는 학업성취도와 유의한 상관을 보였으며, 둘째, 학습기술과 자아개념은 만족도와 유의하게 나타났다. 이 연구는 결론적으로 대학 e러닝 환경에서 학습자 특성이 수업성공에 유의한 영향을 미치므로 수업성공을 위하여 e러닝 설계?운영시 학습자 특성을 고려해야 한다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

This study was carried out to investigate the relationship between the characters of learners(learning skills, ability of ICT use, attitude to school, self-concept) and the success of their learning(achievement, participation, satisfaction) under e-Learning circumstances. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively review the characters of a learner when the e-Learning for a university is designed and operated by exploring the characters of learners which affects the success of learning under e-Learning circumstances. The results of this study are as follows. First, learning skills and the abilities of ICT use and the learner s attitude to school were significantly related to an learning achievement. Second, learning skills and self-concept were significantly related to satisfaction. In conclusion, the characteristics of learners may significantly affect the success of learning under e-Learning circumstances, so this study suggests that it is necessary to consider the said characteristics of learners when e-Learning is designed and operated for the successful learning.
