대학 교수자의 전자출결시스템에 대한 지속적 사용의도 관련 구조관계분석

A Study on the intent to use of Electronic attendance-absence recording systems

교수-학습 환경에서 교육적 효율성 제고를 위한 강의지원시스템에 대한 연구는 중요한 과제로 인식된다. 특히 전자출결시스템(electronic attendance-absence recording system)은 오프라인 교실 수업에서 출석을 정확하고 신속하게 점검하고 관리할 수 있는 최적의 시스템으로 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 대학에서 강의지원을 위해 전자출결시스템이라는 새로운 혁신기술이 교수자의 수업운영이나 관리능력 등을 향상하기 위해 전자출결시스템을 지속적으로 사용할 것인가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 충청소재 A대학의 교수자 150명을 대상으로 교수자가 인식하는 전자출결시스템에 대한 유용성과 용이성이 시스템을 대하는 수용태도와 만족도가 시스템을 지속적으로 사용하고자 하는 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관계성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만족도→지속적 사용의도(.736)와 만족도→태도(.251), 지각된 유용성→태도(.778), 지각된 유용성→만족도(.749), 지각된 용이성→태도(.224)에서 모두 직접효과 있었으며, 해당 경로에 대한 가설이 지지되었다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성과 용이성은 전자출결시스템에 대한 지속적 사용의도에는 직접효과가 나타나지는 않지만 만족도를 매개로 하였을 경우에는 지각된 유용성(.684)과 용이성(.159)이 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전자출결시스템에 대한 태도에서 지각된 유용성(.188)은 태도에 직접효과를 나타내기도 하지만 만족도를 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Research on lecture support system for improving educational efficiency is an important task. In particular, the electronic attendance-absence recording system is an optimal system for accurately checking and managing attendance. Research is needed on whether to use the electronic attendance-absence recording system continuously to improve the teaching operation of the instructor. We investigated the relationship among the 150 professors to whether they affect the intention to use the electronic attendance system continuously. The results of the study are as follows. First, satisfaction→intention to use(.736), satisfaction→attitude(.251), perceived usefulness→attitude(.778), perceived usefulness→satisfaction (.749), perceived ease→attitude(.224) All had direct effects on. Second, the perceived usefulness and ease of use do not directly affect the intention to use the electronic attendance system, but when the satisfaction is mediated, the perceived usefulness(.684) and ease(.159) Respectively. Third, the perceived usefulness(.188) in the attitude toward the electronic attendance system indirectly influenced the attitude, though it directly affected the attitude.
