중학교 기술 교과 실습 주제 선정 영향 요인의 우선순위에 관한 연구

The Priority of Factors Influencing the Selection of Practice Topic for Technology Education Subject in Middle School

이 연구는 중학교 기술 교과 실습 주제 선정 영향 요인의 우선순위에 관한 연구로서 연구의 목적은 기술과 교사가 기술 교과 실습에서 적합한 실습 주제를 선정하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하고 그 요인들 간의 우선순위를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 문헌 연구와 조사연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 문헌연구를 통하여 기술과 교사가 기술 교과 실습 주제를 선정할 때 미치는 영향 요인으로, ‘교사 특성’의 3개 세부 요인(교수 의지 , 교수 역량, 실습 경험), ‘학생 특성’의 3개 세부 요인(흥미, 선수 학습, 조작 능력), ‘환경 특성’의 5개 세부 요인(학년 단위 특성, 실습 여건, 예산, 수업시수, 관리자 및 동료 교사의 인식), ‘실습 주제 특성’의 8개 세부 요인(안전성, 교육효과, 실습 준비 용이성, 교과서 제시 여부, 실습 결과물의 다양성, 최근 기술 관련 정도, 실용성, 참신성) 을 도출하였다. 조사 연구에서는 먼저 전문가 집단을 선정하고, 선행연구를 통해 도출한 영향요인에 대하여 전문가로부터 타당성을 검증 받아 수정 및 보완하였다. 그 후 도출된 영향요인의 우선순위를 분석할 수 있는 설문지를 개발하여 이메일을 통하여 예비 조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 최종 수정된 설문지를 활용하여 전국 기술 교사를 대상으로 우편 조사, 이메일 조사, URL을 통한 스마트폰 조사를 하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 요인 간의 우선순위 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 기술과 교사는 기술 교과 실습 주제를 선정할 때 교사, 학생, 환경, 실습 주제와 관련된 특성에 영향을 받는다. 교사는 이러한 영향 요인들 중 ‘실습 주제 특성’, ‘환경 특성’, ‘학생 특성’, ‘교사 특성’ 의 순으로 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to extract factors influencing the selection of practice topic for technology education subject in middle school and then to analyze the priority of extracted factors. To attain the aims of this study, it was carried out by literature research and survey research. First of all, 4 factors influencing the selection of practice topic for technology course in middle school were extracted such as “the pedagogue characteristics”, “the pupil characteristics”, “the environment characteristics”, “the practice topic characteristics” by literature research. And also through literature research, 19 subordinate factors of each factors were extract. In addition, the priority extracted factors were analyzed through survey research. For this, the survey sheet which already verified by experts was used for surveying by mail, e-mail and cellphone. The result of this study is that “the practice characteristics” is the first factor which have a more strong influence on teachers than other factors when teachers try to select the topic for lessons in lectures on Technology education subject. Furthermore, the second factor which have influence on teachers is “the environment characteristics”, the third factor is “the pupil characteristics” and last factor is “the pedagogue characteristics.”
