제조 실습과 발명 교육의 연계를 통한 발명품 제작 사례연구 - 예비 교사를 대상으로

A Case Study on Making Inventions Based on Connection of Manufacturing Practice Lesson and Invention Education - for Pre-Teachers

이 연구의 목적은 기존의 제조 실습 수업 시간의 제품 만들기 외에 발명 사고 기법을 포함한 발명 교육을 연계하여 수업한 후, 제작한 발명품의 사례를 소개 및 연계 수업의 필요성, 전시 방법 및 학생들의 인식 조사를 통하여 발명 교육과 연계한 제작품 만들기의 바람직한 수업 방향을 연구하고 제시하고자 하는 것이다 학생들의 인식 조사를 위한 데이터는 수업을 받은 학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존의 제품 제작 수업을 기본으로 하여 발명 교육을 연계하였기에 기존의 제품보다 창의성 있는 물체의 제작할 수 있었다. 둘째, 물체의 제작에 앞서서 특허 출원 목표가 있어 물체를 제작하는데 학생들은 아이디어를 창출하려는 노력과 자료조사에 적극적이었다. 셋째, 학생들이 적극적인 의지를 가지는 것은 제품 제작 후 전시의 장을 마련하기 때문이다. 넷째, 제품 제작 후 학생들의 인식 조사를 위한 설문에서 발명품 구상이 가장 어려웠고, 가장 즐겁고 기억에 남는 것은 전시회와 특허 제출이었다. 발명품 제작을 위한 수업에서는 발명 사고 기법, 특허 출원 방법, 프로젝트 학습법과 제품 제작 방법 등 다양한 분야의 교육이 필요하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present an example of practice project in the lesson of ‘making a moving object’ for pre-teachers and to investigate technology teaching-learning methods based on connection of manufacturing practice lesson and invention education for pre-teachers. The data collected from 25 students in manufacturing practice lesson were analyzed. The results obtained in this study were as follows: First, The practice lesson linked ‘making a moving object’ with invention education helped students design student‘s inventive products. Second, The students actively engages in making an invention and researching for patent application. Third, The students actively participated in making an invention when planning to show student’s products in the display area. Forth, The hardest thing for students is how to form an idea of the inventive products, the most funny, memorable events are the product display and patent application. In survey of student’s recognition investigation, the students need various educations including inventive thinking, patent application, project learning method and manufacturing method.
