전문계고등학교의 산학협력 취업 약정제 운영에 대한 교사·교수·기업인의 인식 조사

Perceptions survey of the Teachers․Professors-Workers Participating in the Industry-Academic Cooperation Program for Employment Agreement

이 연구의 목적은 전문계고등학교와 전문대학 및 산업체와 협약하여 맞춤형 교육프로그램을 구안?적용함으로써 성공적인 산학협력 취업약정제 운영을 위한 전문계고등학교 교사, 전문대학 교수 및 산업체 담당자의 인식을 파악하는데 있다. 산학협력 취업약정제에 대한 전문대학 교원, 산업체 담당자의 인식 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학협력 취업약정제를 운영하는 단계에서 전문계고등학교 교원의 인식이 전문대학 교수들에 비해 실천노력이 상대적으로 낮았다. 이는 산학협력 취업약정제의 이해 부족 및 취지를 잘 파악하지 못한 원인으로 보이며 전문대학 중심의 재정적 지원 때문으로 파악된다. 둘째, 산학협력 취업약정제를 성공적으로 운영하는데 필요한 요소들을 중요하게 생각하는 것과는 달리 각 기관에서의 실천노력이 부족하다고 생각하고 있었다. 셋째, 산학협력 취업약정제가 가져올 긍정적인 변화로는 교원의 자세, 학생에 대한 기대 수준, 교육내용 및 교육방법, 학습동기, 진로지도 등으로 나타났다. 특히 중학교에서 전문계고등학교로의 진로지도 변화는 전문계고등학교 교원의 기대가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 산학협력 취업 약정제에 대한 오해로는 전문대학의 학생 확보 방안, 전문대학으로 진학하기 위한 수단, 고학력의 조장, 직업기술교육을 살리기 위한 유일한 방편 등으로 나타났다. 성공적인 산학협력 취업약정제 운영을 위해서는 행정적, 재정적 지원이 전문계고등학교를 중심으로 이루어져야 하며 전문계고등학교 교원의 산학협력 취업약정제에 대한 인식 확대 및 더 많은 실천노력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the perceptions of the teachers or the person in charge both at vocational high schools and at technical colleges or industry in order to operate the industry-academic cooperation program successfully. The results of this research were as follows. First, the teachers of vocational high schools and technical colleges recognized that the elements for successful program were on the whole of importance. Second, the teachers of vocational high schools and technical colleges recognized that the efforts of schools and colleges to practice the program elements were insufficient compared with the degree of the importance of the elements. Third, the teachers of vocational high schools and technical colleges considered that the program could lead to positive educational changes in some cases. Fourth, the matters which the teachers of vocational high schools and technical colleges have been misunderstood for the industry-academic cooperation program for Employment agreement were as follows; the student recruitment program at technical colleges, a mean to go on to technical colleges, promotion of higher educational background, and only solution to the crisis of current vocational education.
