유네스코 글로벌 학습도시 네트워크 참여 과정을 통한 평생교육사로서의 자기성장 학습경험

A Lifelong Educator s Self-Growth Experience Through the Participation Process of UNESCO Global Learning City Network

본 연구는 유네스코 글로벌 학습도시 네트워크(GNLC) 참여 과정을 통한 평생교육사로서의 자기 성장 학습경험에 대한 사례를 자기 연구(self-study)를 통해 밝히고자 한 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 유네스코의 정신을 반영한 학습의 네 기둥의 관점에 대한 이해와 실천적 경험의 과정을 자기 연구라는 self의 관점을 통해 바라볼 수 있었다. 앎, 행함, 공감과 공유, 공생에 대한 이해와 실천적 경험은 평생교육사로서의 가치관 형성과 평생교육사가 수행하는 과업 중에 특히 조사․분석, 기획․계획, 네트워킹, 행정경영, 지역에 맞는 특성화 프로그램 개발 부분의 역량이 성장하였음을 알 수 있었다. 유네스코 글로벌 학습도시 네트워크 참여 과정에서 얻게 된 평생교육사로서 시야의 확장과 행위의 자기 성장 학습경험을 자기 연구를 통해 공식화함으로써 평생교육 실천 전문가의 자기역량 강화에 도움을 줄 뿐 아니라 평생교육 실천 전문가 공동체의 집단적 지식으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 자기 연구를 통해 변화 촉진자로서 실천 현장과의 관계에 대해 다각도로 성찰할 수 있었기에 현장 실천 전문가의 적응과 정체성 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 학문적 시사점을 도출할 것으로 기대한다.

This is an abstract from for ‘Become a Lifelong Educator s Self-Growth Experience Through the Participation Process of UNESCO Global Learning City Network’. This study intends to shed light on the case of self-grown learning experience as a lifelong educator through the UNESCO Global Learning City Network (GNLC) participation process through self-study. Through this study, we could see the process of understanding the four pillars of learning reflecting the spirit of UNESCO and the process of practical experience from the perspective of self. Understanding, practical experience and understanding of symbiosis, action, sympathy and sharing, and symbiosis are the values of lifelong educators and the development of specialized programs for research, analysis, planning, networking, administrative management, and localization. The capacity of the sector has grown. As a lifelong educator who gained from participating in the UNESCO Global Learning City Network, the study expands the field of vision and develops self-growth learning behavior through self-study. It can be used as a collective knowledge of the community. In addition, through self-study, as a facilitator of change, he was able to reflect on the relationship with the field of practice from various angles. Therefore, it is expected to draw academic implications that can help adaptation and identity of field practice experts.
