졸업학년 간호학생의 타인인식, 셀프 리더십이간호 전문직관에 미치는 영향

Effects of Other-awareness, Self-leadership on Nursing professionalism of Nursing students in the graduation year

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호학생의 타인인식, 셀프 리더십, 간호 전문직관을 확인하고 간호 전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 간호학생의 바람직한 간호 전문직관 형성에 필요한 방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 S시 소재 2개의 대학과 C시에 소재한 1개 대학 간호학과 4학년에 재학 중인 학생을 대상으로 편의추출 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2019년 6월 21일부터 7월 15일까지였다. 연구결과 대상자의 타인인식은 5점 만점에 평균 3.73점, 셀프 리더십은 평균 3.64점, 간호 전문직관은 평균 3.63점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 간호 전문직관은 타인인식(r=.579, p<.001), 셀프 리더십(r=.357, p<.001)과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 간호 전문직관 영향요인은 타인인식(β=.518, p<.001), 셀프 리더십(β=.200, p=.005) 순으로 검증되었고(F=41.928, p<.001), 이들 변수의 설명력은 37.1%였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호학생의 간호 전문직관을 향상시키기 위해 타인인식과 셀프 리더십을 강화하기 위한 다양한 교육적 전략이 필요하다.

This research was conducted to understand the other-awareness, self-leadership, nursing professionalism, and to discover the factors that affect nursing professionalism. The participants of the research were 145 graduated grade nursing students, and the data collection period was from June 21, 2019 to July 15, 2019. The research found that the subjects’ other-awareness averaged 3.73, self-leadership averaged 3.64 points, and nursing professionalism averaged 3.63 points out of 5points. The subjects’ nursing professionalism showed a positive correlation with other-awareness, self-leadership. Factors affecting the subjects’ nursing professionalism were significant in other-awareness and self-leadership, among which other-awareness had the highest influence. Based on the results of this research, in order to enhance nursing professionalism of graduated grade nursing students, educational strategies are needed to strengthen other-awareness and self-leadership.
