체계적인 교수활동 관리를 위한e-티칭 포트폴리오 시스템의 개발 및 활용 방안

A Development and Utilization Plan of e-Teaching Portfolio System for Systematic Teaching Activities Management

본 연구는 대학 교수자의 교수활동을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 e-티칭 포트폴리오 시스템을 설계, 개발하고, 이를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. e-티칭 포트폴리오 시스템 설계와 개발은 Jones와 Richey가 제안한 래피드 프로토타입 개발 방법론(rapid prototyping methodology)을 적용하였다. e-티칭 포트폴리오 시스템 개발은 총 3차에 걸친 Pilot Test를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 최종 개발된 e-티칭 포트폴리오 시스템 사용자 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 e-티칭 포트폴리오 시스템은 대학 교수자의 교수활동을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 교육철학 및 교수성찰 작성 외에는 LMS(Learning Management System)와 연동되어 제공되며, 자가진단도구(교육철학, 티칭스타일, 교수역량)를 탑재하였다. 이와 함께 교수법 이수현황과 강의평가결과를 제공한다. 사용자 평가 결과, 만족도와 유용성 측면에서 각각 4.48, 4.37로 나타났으며, 시스템의 접근성, 시스템 활용의 편의성, e-티칭 포트폴리오 구성요소의 적합성 측면에서도 양호한 것으로 나타났다. e-티칭 포트폴리오 활용 방안으로는 e-티칭 포트폴리오 구성요소별로 교육업적평가에 반영하는 방안을 제시하였다.

This study is to design and develop an e-teaching portfolio system that can manage teaching activities systematically and suggest effective utilization plan for university instructors. To this study, we applied Jones and Richey(2000)’s the rapid prototyping methodology. This e-teaching portfolio system was developed by pilot tests of 3 times and conducted user evaluation for the e-teaching portfolio system. The e-teaching portfolio system developed through this study can manage the teaching activities of the university instructors integrally. It is linked with LMS(Learning Management System) except writing the education philosophy and teaching reflection, And it is loaded self diagnostic tools(teaching philosophy, teaching style and teaching competency). In addition, it is provided teaching method course completion status. User evaluation results were showed 4.48, 4.37 respectively in satisfaction and usefulness, and somewhat improved in aspect of system accessibility, convenience of utilization, compatibility of components. We proposed a plan to reflect on the evaluation of educational achievement by each component of the e-teaching portfolio in utilization plan of an e-teaching portfolio.
