스마트폰 정보활용 능력이 디지털 의사소통에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effect of Information Smart Phone Literacy on Digital Communication

디지털 기술 발전에 따라 스마트폰을 통한 정보 활용과 의사소통은 인간관계 형성에 새로운 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트폰을 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 20대 대학생들을 대상으로 이들의 정보활용 능력이 디지털 의사소통에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 분석은 정보활용 능력을 구성하고 있는 정보접근, 정보이해, 정보처리, 정보 분석, 정보전달 요인들이 디지털 의사소통능력을 구성하고 있는 상호작용, 관계성, 판단력, 창의성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트폰 정보활용 능력의 정보이해, 정보처리, 정보전달 능력은 상호작용에 정(+)의 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트폰 정보활용 능력의 정보이해, 정보 분석 능력이 관계성에 정(+)의 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스마트폰 정보활용 능력의 정보이해 능력은 판단력에 정(+)의 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스마트폰 정보활용 능력의 정보이해와 정보전달은 창의성에 정(+)의 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 스마트시대에 대학생들의 정보활용 능력과 디지털 의사소통과의 영향력을 확인하였다는 것에 학문적 의의를 갖고자 한다.

With the development of digital technology, information utilization and communication through smart phones are making new changes in the formation of human relations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of information literacy on the digital communication among college students in their 20s using smartphone most frequently. Regression analysis is applied in order to examine the effects on interactions, digital communication, judgment, and creativity of the factors that constitute information literacy such as information access, information understanding, information processing, information analysis, and information transfer. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, information literacy, information processing, and information transfer ability have a positive (+) effect on interaction. Second, the information literacy and information analysis ability of information literacy have a positive (+) effect on the relationship. Third, information understanding ability out of information literacy have a positive (+) effect on judgment ability. Fourth, the information understanding and information transfer out of information literacy have a positive (+) effect on creativity. The results of this study are intended to have an academic significance in that the students in the smart age confirmed the influence of information literacy and digital communication.
