오감 활용 진로교육이 유아의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Utilizing the Five Senses-utilizing Career Education on Career Preparation Behavior of Young Children

본 연구는 오감을 활용한 진로교육이 유아의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는지 그 효과를 검증 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 G시 S 유치원의 실험집단 유아 20명, 통제집단 유아 20명 총 40명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구절차는 실험집단에는 오감 활용 진로교육을 실시하고 통제집단에는 일반적 활동을 5주 매주3회, 총15회 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 척도화 분석, t 검증을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과, 오감을 활용한 진로교육을 적용한 실험집단 유아들이 통제집단 유아보다 진로준비행동이 향상되었다. 이는 오감을 활용한 진로교육이 유아의 진로준비행동 향상에 지대한 영향을 미치며, 오감 활용 진로교육이 유아교육현장에서 유아의 진로준비행동 향상을 위한 진로교육의 효율적인 교수방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of career education utilizing young children’s five senses on their career preparation behavior. For this purpose, 40 children attending S kindergarten in G city were participated and divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group. 15 sessions of five-senses utilizing career activities were provided to the experimental group for five weeks whereas general activities were implemented for the control group for three times per week. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, scaling analysis, and t-test were performed using SPSS 20.0. The results showed that the experimental group of children improved their career preparation behaviors than the control group. This suggests that the five senses-utilizing career program for young children has a great influence on the improvement of career preparation behavior of young children. The program can be one of a very effective teaching methods that can help young children ready for their meaningful life.
