현상학적 관점으로 고찰한 심층심리치료로서 오센틱무브먼트의 치유적 경험의 의미

The Meaning of Healing Experience from the Authentic Movement as In-depth Psychotherapy Based on the Study of Phenomenalogical Perspective

본 연구는 심층심리치료로서 오센틱무브먼트(Authentic Movement)의 치유적 체험의 본 질과 의미를 탐구해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 심층심리치료로서 오센틱무브먼트 집단에 참 여한 경험이 있는 7명의 연구참여자들과 심층면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 Van Manen의 해석학적 현상학 연구방법으로 분석하였고, 그 결과 72개의 주제진술 문에서부터 17개 하위주제들과 4개의 본질적 주제들이 도출되었다. 본질적 주제는 ‘존재로 서 몸을 만남’, ‘목격자의 시선으로 나를 새롭게 바라봄’, ‘내 안의 목격자가 자라남으로써 고통을 변형시킴’, ‘몸의 새로운 감각이 현실의 변화로 이어짐’으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 존재로서의 몸, 목격자의 시선, 내적 변형이라는 심리내적 치유과정이 외적 현실의 변 화와 성장으로 이어진다는 것과 몸이 내적 변형과 일상의 현실을 연결하는 가교역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This study was to explore substantial healing experience and meaning of authentic movement as in-depth psychotherapy. Data was collected based on in-depth interview with seven participants who have the experience on authentic movement groups as in-depth psychotherapy. The collected data was analyzed using Van Manen’s hermeneutic phenomenological methodology. As a result, 72 themetic statements, 17 sub-components themes and 4 essential themes were generated. The essential themes ware ‘encountering one’s body as existantial being’, ‘seeing oneself with new perspective of witness’s eyes’, ‘as one’s inner witness is grown up, one’s own pain is transformed’, ‘new bodily-felt sensation leads to the change of one’s ordinary life’. These results indicated that psychological healing process such as body as existantial being, witness’ eyes, psychological transformation leads to the chance and the growth of real life and body is the bridge between internal and exernal life.
