Distant metastasis of lung cancer are involved the liver, adrenal gland, brain, musculoskeletal and central nervous system. It implicate requirement of advanced treatment and poor prognosis. Bone and cartilage metastases from non-small cell lung cancer are found at initial presentation in 3.4-6.0%. For evaluation of musculoskeletal metastasis, bone scintigraphy which is sensitive diagnostic tool for osteoblastic change in bone cortex is widely used. Here, we report a rare case of thyroid cartilage metastasis from pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
