불안정 성인애착과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 대인존재감의 매개효과

Mediating Effect of Mattering on the Relationship between Insecure Adult Attachment and College Life Adjustment

본 연구는 불안정 성인애착의 하위영역인 애착불안과 애착회피와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 대인존재감의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시 및 광주광역시의 4년제 대학교 재학생 446명의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 성인애착척도, 한국판 대인존재감 척도, 대학생활적응 척도로 구성된 설문지를 사용하였으며, SPSS 22로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착의 하위영역인 애착불안, 애착회피와 매개변인인 대인존재감은 유의미한 부적인 상관을, 대인존재감과 대학생활적응은 유의미한 정적인 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 애착불안과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 대인존재감은 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 애착회피와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 또한 대인존재감은 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과에 대한 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of mattering between insecure adult attachment (anxiety and avoidance) and college life adjustment. For this purpose, a questionnaire of 446 four-year university students in Seoul and Gwangju was used for statistical analysis. In this study, a questionnaire consisting of adult attachment scale, Korean version of mattering scale, and college life adjustment scale was used, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was a significant negative correlation between insecure adult attachment (anxiety and avoidance) and mattering as a mediator, and the relationship between mattering and college life adaptation. Second, mattering showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between attachment anxiety and adjustment to college life adjustment. Third, in the relationship between attachment avoidance and college life adjustment mattering also showed a partial mediating effect. The suggestions were made based on the results of this study.
