분야 간 협력을 통한 발달장애인 평생교육의 실천 방향에 대한 소고: SRV철학 기반의 실제를 중심으로

A Thought on the Practice Direction of Lifelong Education for the Developmental Disabilities through Cooperation between Fields: Focusing on the Practice based on SRV

이 연구는 발달장애인 평생교육의 발전과 긍정적 성과를 성취하기 위한 실천 방향을 탐색하는 일환으로 사회적 역할 가치화(SRV) 철학에 기반한 분야 간 협력의 실제를 활용하는 타당성과 중요성을 제안하고자 실행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 선행연구들과 문헌을 고찰하는 과정을 통해 독특하고 지속적인 지원요구를 가진 발달장애인을 위한 평생교육이 나아갈 실천 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 선행연구 분석으로 첫째, 연구주제들이 현장에서의 실천전략으로 제시할 수 있는 구체성이 부족하다는 점, 둘째, 발달장애인 지원요구를 고려한 다분야간의 협력 필요성에도 불구하고 이를 실현하기 어렵다는 점을 도출하였다. 이를 근거로 하여 관련 분야간 초학문적 협력의 방법을 중심으로 실행되는 도식으로 볼 수 있는 개인중심 계획의 개념 적용을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 발달장애 평생교육이 직면한 두 가지 어려움을 완화하고 평생교육의 질적 제고를 도울 수 있을 것을 보았다. 발달장애인 평생교육의 질적인 발전을 위해 현장과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to examine the validity and importance of utilizing the practice of cross-sectoral cooperation based on the social role valuation SRV philosophy as part of exploring the development of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities and achieving positive outcomes. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities with unique and continuous support needs through the process of reviewing previous studies and literature. The analysis of previous studies led to the following; first, the lack of specificity that research topics can present as practical strategies in the field, second, despite the necessity of cooperation between multi-disciplinary areas considering support for the developmental disabled, this is difficult to realize. On this basis, the concept of PCP, an be seen as a schematic that focuses on the method of interdisciplinary cooperation between related fields was proposed. This will alleviate the two difficulties faced by lifelong education for developmental disabilities and help improve the quality of lifelong education. In order to improve the quality of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, suggestions were made for field and follow-up studies.
