라포르 형성에 대한 언어재활사의 인식 및 요구 분석 연구

본 연구는 라포르 형성에 대한 언어재활사의 인식 및 요구도 등의 전반적인 실태를 살펴보기 위하여 언어재활사 57명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 언어재활사들은 영유아기 및 학령전기의 아동들에게 라포르 형성이 가장 필요하다고 생각하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 언어재활사들은 대상자와의 라포르 형성이 중요하다고 생각하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 언어재활사들이 라포르 형성을 시도하는 시기를 살펴보면, 치료 이전 상황까지를 라포르 형성을 시도하는 중요한 시기로 생각한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 라포르의 선호방법 및 종류를 보면, 장난감놀이, 대화, 동기부여(쉬운 과제 실시), 신체놀이, 음식물, 음악활동, 미술활동을 주로 사용하였다. 언어재활사들이 라포르가 형성되었다고 판단하는 방법을 살펴보면, 기본적으로 양육자와의 분리, 지시따르기, 의도적으로 말을 할 경우를 라포르 형성단계로 보았으며, 중재를 시작하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 대부분의 언어재활사들은 라포르 관련 교육을 받지 못 하고 있는 실정으로 라포르 형성에 관한 전문적인 교육의 필요성을 인식하고 있었고 라포르 형성에 관한 교육 참여 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 라포르 형성의 실태와 인식 및 관련 교육에 대한 요구도를 알아봄으로써, 라포르 형성의 모형을 개발하는데 기초 자료로서의 의의와 적절한 교육을 강화할 필요성이 요구된다고 생각된다.

This research examined the actual condition, perception and need of Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP) for rapport formation. This study was conducted on 57 SLP. It was found that SLP practitioners think that rapport formation is most needed for infants and preschool children. In addition, SLP practitioners were able to recognize that rapport formation with the subject was important. When we look at the time when SLP try to form rapport, we can see that the pre-treatment situation is considered to be an important time to try to form rapport. The types of rapports used toys, conversation, motivation (easy task), physical play, food, music and art activities. Most language rehabilitation workers had no education in rapport formation. When we look at how SLP think rapport was formed, we basically saw separation from caregiver, following instruction, intentionally speaking, and rapport formation. Recognizing the need for professional education on the formation of rapport formation. And There was a high demand for participation in education on rapport formation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual condition, Perception and Need of rapport formation for SLP, The development of rapport formation model requires the need to strengthen its significance and appropriate education as a basis.
