계획된 행동이론에 의하면 특별한 행동을 할 때는 행동을 하려는 의도가 있으며, 이는 충분히 예측할 수 있다. 행위의도란 특별한 행동을 스스로 수행하거나 그 행위를 수행하기 위해 노력하는 개인적인 의사를 표현하는 것을 의미한다. 계획된 행동이론은 다양한 심리학적 분야에서 연구되었다. 사이버블링을 포함한 다양한 영역에서 인간의 사회적, 심리적 행위를 예측하는 데 사용되고 있다. 계획된 행동이론은 심리학의 기반에서 시작되었지만, 미디어, 정보, 사이버 등의 다양한 관련 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 사이버블링에서는 인터넷 이용, 정보사용, 해킹, 불법다운로드, 그리고 온라인상에서 다양한 유형의 행동을 예측하고 설명한다. 본 연구는 사이버블링에서 계획된 행동이론이 행위에 대한 태도와 행위의도에 관한 영향관계를 분석하는 데 초점을 둔다. 계획된 행동이론을 결정하는 요인으로 주관적 규범, 참된 자아, 인지된 행위통제감으로 나누었다. 연구의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적 규범은 행위에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 참된 자아는 행위에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 인지된 행위통제감은 행위에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 행위에 대한 태도는 행위의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 계획된 행동의 모든 요인이 행위에 대한 태도와 행위의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

According to the theory of planned behavior, there is an intention to act in a particular behavior, which is well predictable. An behavior intention is to express a personal will to perform a particular act on its own or to try to perform it. Planned behavior theory has been studied in a variety of psychological fields. It is used to predict social and psychological behavior of human beings in various domains including cyberspace. Although the theory of planned behavior originated on the basis of psychology, it is applied in various related fields such as media, information, and cyber. It is predicts and explains various types of behavior on the Internet, information use, hacking, illegal downloading, and online in the cyber bulling. This study focuses on analyzing the relationship between planned behavior, attitude toward behavior, and behavioral intention. The factors that determine the characteristics of environment are subjective norm, true self and perceived behavioral control. The summary of research findings is subscribed. First, subjective norm aspect has significant impact on attitude toward behavior. Second, true self has significantly affect attitude toward behavior. Third, perceived behavioral control has significantly affect attitude toward behavior. Fourth, attitude toward behavior has significantly impact behavior intention.
