Analysis and New Trends of Brutalized Teenager s Crime and the Solutions

청소년범죄의 새로운 경향성은 흉폭화(凶暴化)와 그 잔혹성으로 온 나라를 충격에 빠뜨리고 있을 뿐만 아니라 최근 부산에서 일어난 여중생 폭행사건, 인천 중학생 추락사 사건은 지금 우리 비행청소년들이 얼마나 심각한 상황에 처해 있는지를 단적으로 보여주는 사례라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 범죄에 가담한 가해자들은 불과 14살 전후의 여중생들이었다는 사실도 놀라웠지만 그 수법과 잔혹성이 성인범죄 그 이상이었다는 점과 가해학생들은 피해자의 처참한 피해사실을 SNS에 올림으로서 죄책감이 없다는 문제에 더욱더 충격을 안겨주고 있다는 점이다. 특히 청소년범죄는 피해자의 신체적, 정신적 저해를 초래케 함으로써 오는 피해도 문제이거니와 10대 청소년기에 오는 갈등이 정신적 충격과의 상승작용으로 이어진다는 점이 더 큰 문제라 하지 않을 수 없다. 날로 늘어나고 있는 이러한 10대 청소년범죄의 흉폭화에 관한 분석과 새로운 경향성의 실태를 살펴보고 청소년범죄로부터의 해법의 방향성을 모색하고자 한다. 또한 다양한 예방책을 강구하면서 재범방지의 방안도 함께 제시하여 보면서 날로 지능화되고 있는 청소년범죄를 억제하고 청소년은 향후 우리의 미래세대의 구성원이라는 점을 인식하면서 선도적 대책과 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

New trends of teenager s crime are giving shock to the whole nation with their brutality and cruelty. In addition, recent middle-school girl assault incident in Busan and middle-school student death from fall in Incheon are some of cases that directly show the serious situations of our juvenile delinquents. It was surprising that the assailants of these crimes are middle-school girls around the age of 14, but what was more shocking was that their methods and cruelty exceed those of adult crimes and that the assailants uploaded the victims horrible damages on SNS, showing that they had no sense of guilt. Teenager crimes are especially problematic because they cause physical, mental hindrance of the victims and the larger problem is that the conflict in adolescence lead to increase of mental shock. In this research, we intend to analyze brutalization of teenager crimes that are on the increase, to look into the new trends and to look for direction of solutions for teenager crimes. Also, I seek for various preventive measures and suggest methods to prevent re-conviction to restrain intellectualized teenager crimes to give awareness that the youths are the members of future generation and to offer leading measures and plans.
