사회적 소통을 위한 원룸형 다가구주택의 건축계획에 관한 연구 - 배웅과 마중의 개념을 적용한 다가구주택 계획안

A Study on the Architectural Planning of the Multi-Family Housing for the Social Communication - An Architectural Plan of the Multi-Family Housing Based on the Concept of the See-off and Meet-up

본 연구는 최근 그 수요가 증가하고 있는 원룸형 다가구주택에서의 사회적 소통의 증대를 가져올 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 원룸형 다가구 주택의 현황을 살펴보았고 커뮤니티 주거공간에서의 소통과 자아의 관계성을 코 하우징의 이론과 사례를 통하여 고찰하였으며 소통이 가능한 커뮤니티 공간으로서의 주거공간에 배웅과 마중의 개념을 적용, 이를 건축계획요소로 제안하였다. 마지막으로 배웅과 마중의 개념을 바탕으로 하는 건축계획요소를 연구 대상지에 적용, 1인 주거가 가지고 있는 단절성을 완화하고 각 세대간의 소통이 가능한 주거공간의 대안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 계획안의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건축물의 사선배치를 통하여 외부공간에 서로 다른 위계를 부여, 머물 수 있는 공간과 이동공간을 구분하여 사람들의 다양한 행위를 유발할 수 있는 공간을 제공한다. 둘째, 복도와 코어의 위치와 규모에 변화를 주어 시선 및 장소 공유가 가능한 공간으로 활용될 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 공간으로 계획된 복도와 코어는 수직 이동통로인 계단과 함께 입체적인 공간을 형성할 수 있도록 한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a way to increase the social communication in the residential environment of the one-room multi-family house. For this purpose, this study examined the present conditions of one-room multi-family houses and the relationship between communication and ego in the residential space was examined through the theory and examples of co-housing, and proposed a space type and architectural planning elements based on the concept of seeing off and meeting up. This study also proposed an alternative of residential space that could alleviate the disconnection of single-family homes and communicate within the neighborhood by applying the concept of the See-off and Meet-up. The architectural plans which proposed in this study are as follows. First, through the diagonal arrangement of buildings, it is possible to provide different hierarchies to the external space and to provide a space that can cause various actions of people. Second, the location and size of the corridors and stairs are changed so that they can be used as a space for sharing. Third, Corridors and stairs planned as community spaces allow the formation of three-dimensional spaces.
