Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the clinical education effectiveness of practical teaching of clinical nurse. Methods: Participants in this study were 73 clinical nurses who participating in practical teaching to 3rd year of nursing students. Data were collected from April, to June, 2015 through structured questionnaires about clinical education effectiveness and open questions about experience of practical teaching. Data were analyzed using chi-square test and content analysis of practical teaching experience. Results: The results showed that practical education is considered a nurse s job, satisfied with student education, and that practical student is helpful in ward task. The results of content analysis showed that three theme clusters were extracted from meaningful statements. The three theme clusters were Heavy burden , Challenging time for knowledge development , Systematic and organic relationships required . Conclusion: Based on the above results, it is suggested to try to develop a model for structuring the concept of nursing students support for practical activities in the first clinical practice.
