Nasal valve, which is located on the anterior portion of the nose, plays an important role of primarily controlling resistance and air current. Nostril stenosis results from the deviation of the end of the nasal septal cartilage, which is caused by trauma or innateness, or from the scars after rhinoplasty. The possible treatment is surgical correction, and various ways to correct the nostril stenosis have been reported, but they have had a lot of difficulties because of insufficient correction even after the surgery and frequent recurrence. As a surgical treatment for the nostril stenosis, rotation flap, composite graft, and Z-plasty were used, although the sizes of the nostrils were slightly reduced, in terms of beauty and functions, a good result without recurrence was obtained so this paper intends to report it, together with the documentary considerations.
