재난케어 프로그램이 간호대학생의 재난에 대한 인식 태도 및 재난간호역량에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Disaster Care Program on Disaster Perception, Attitude and Disaster Nursing Capacity of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 재난케어 프로그램을 적용 후 재난에 대한 인식, 재난에 대한 태도 및 재난간호역량에 미치는 효과를 확인하고 간호대학생의 재난간호역량을 증진시키고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 단일군 전후실험설계로, 연구대상자는 일개 대학 3학년 간호대학생 30명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2018년 11월 10일에서 2018년 12월 3일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 프로그램 전 후의 차이는 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 재난에 대한 인식(t=-1.236, p=.224), 재난에 대한 태도(t=-1.064, p=.293)는 중재 전과 후에 차이가 없었고, 재난간호역량(t=-3.799, p<.001)은 중재 전후 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 재난케어 프로그램은 간호대학생의 재난간호 역량을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 재난간호 역량을 증진시키기 위해서 보다 체계적인 재난간호 교육과정 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 재난유형별로 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of disaster care program on disaster perception, attitude and disaster nursing capacity after applying disaster care program to nursing university students. The subject of the study was a single-group pre and post experimental design of 30 nursing college students in a third grade. The data collection period was from November 10, 2018 to December 3, 2018. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test using SPSS Win 23.0 program. The findings showed that there was no difference in perceptions of disasters (t=-1.236, p=.224) and attitudes (t=-1.064, p=.293) before and after intervention and disaster care capacity (t=-3.799, p<.001) had significant differences before and after intervention. The results of this study show that disaster care programs enhance disaster nursing capacity. Therefore, more systematic disaster nursing curriculum development is needed to enhance the nursing students disaster nursing capacity. In addition, it is necessary to develop and apply various programs for each type of disaster.
