치매간호제공자의 공감피로도구 예비문항 내용타당도 검증

Content Validity of Pilot Questionnaire : Compassion Fatigue of Dementia Caregivers

본 연구는 치매간호제공자의 공감피로를 측정하는 도구를 개발하기 위해 문헌고찰과 심층면담을 통해 예비문항을 구성하고 내용타당도를 확인한 방법론적 연구이다. 노인요양시설에 근무하는 간호사 4명, 조무사 3명, 요양보호사 3명 총 10명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하고, Van Kaam이 제시한 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 139개의 의미있는 문항을 추출하였으며 13개 하위주제와 6개 주제로 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 31개의 예비문항을 구성하였다. 예비문항은 델파이 방법을 통해 내용 타당도 지수를 산출하였다. 전문가 집단은 간호학 교수 2인, 최소 3년 이상의 경력을 갖춘 노인전문간호사 2인, 노인요양시설간호사 3인 총 7인이며, 3차에 걸쳐 내용타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 1차 검증을 통해 CVI 0.8 미만인 5개 문항을 삭제하고 3문항이 추가되어 31문항이 선정되었으며 2차 검증을 통해 CVI 0.8미만인 3문항이 삭제되고 28문항이 선정되었다. 3차 검증을 통해 문항수정 후 최종 28문항이 선정되었다. 최종 문항은 국문학자에게 언어학적 검토를 실시하여 완성하였다.

This study was done to develop preliminary scale and to measure content validity for compassion fatigue of dementia caregivers through literature reviews and in-depth interviews. The preliminary scale were developed through literature reviews and in-depth interviews with four nurses, three nurses assistants, and three care workers. Data analysis was based on the method proposed by Van Kaam. The analysis extracted 139 significant statements, 13 sub-themes and 6 themes. The preliminary scale were consisted of 31 items. The preliminary scale According to the Delphi method, the data analysis was conducted using the Content Validity Index (CVI). Through three rounds, CVIs of the items judged by two nursing professors, two gerontological advanced practice nurses, and three nurses who working in long-term care center. Five items with CVI under 0.8 were deleted and three items newly added in the 1st round, three items with CVI under 0.8 were deleted in the 2nd round, and the final set of 28 items on compassion fatigue of dementia caregivers was confirmed in the 3rd round. The textlinguistic investigation of the final set of 28 items was done by a scholar of Korean literature.
