간호대학생의 간호사 이미지에 영향을 미치는 요인

Effecting Factors Nurse Image of Nursing Students’

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 간호전문직관, 전공만족도, 셀프리더십과의 관계를 파악하여 파악하고자 시도되었다. S시의 4년제 대학에 다니는 학생을 대상으로 하여 2018년 12월부터 한 달간 조사하여 175부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’ correlation coefficients, multiple regression를 SPSS WIN 20.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 간호사 이미지, 간호전문직관, 전공만족도, 셀프리더십과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 간호사 이미지와 간호전문직관(r=.894, p<.001), 간호사 이미지와 전공만족도(r=.472, p<.001), 간호사 이미지와 셀프리더십(r=.537, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계, 간호전문직관과 전공만족도(r=.464, p<.001), 간호전문직관과 셀프리더십(r=.530, p<.001), 전공만족도와 셀프리더십(r=.667, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 대상자의 간호사 이미지에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 모형 설명력은 33.2%였고, 간호전문직관(β=.746, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 전공만족도, 셀프리더십은 간호사 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지를 높이기 위해서 간호전문직관을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate nurse image, nursing professionalism, major satisfaction, self leadership nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 175 university students who were 1 universities in Jeollanam-do, December 2018. Data ware analyzed by using SPSS Win 20.0. There was a significant positive correlation between nurse image and nursing professionalism(r=.894, p<.001), nurse image and major satisfaction(r=.472, p<.001), nurse image and self leadership(r=.537, p<.001), professionalism and major satisfaction(r=.464, p<.001), nursing professionalism and self leadership(r=.530, p<.001), major satisfaction and self leadership(r=.667, p<.001). As a regression analysis, factors that effect on nurse image were nursing professionalism. Theses factors explain 33.2% of the variance in nurse image. Therefore, to increase nurse image and to increases nursing professionalism, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the nurse image of nursing students.
