성인이 지각한 내면화된 수치심과 완벽주의, 사회불안 간의 관계

Relationship between internalized shame, perfectionism, and social anxiety perceived by adults

본 연구는 내면화된 수치심과 완벽주의가 사회불안에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G지역과 J지역에 거주하는 20세 이상 성인 남녀 320명을 대상으로 Cook(1987)이 개발하여 이인숙, 최해림(2005)이 번안한 내면화된 수치심 척도, Hewitt & Flett(1991)이 개발하여 한기연(1993)이 번안한 다차원적 완벽주의 척도, Mattick & Clarke(1998)가 개발하고 김향숙(2001)이 번안한 사회적 상호작용 불안 척도, 사회공포증 척도를 활용하여 자기 보고식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 중 유효한 291명의 응답 자료를 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 사회불안은 내면화된 수치심의 하위변인 중 부적절감과 실수 불안, 완벽주의에서는 사회부과 완벽주의와 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 사회불안의 하위변인 별 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 내면화된 수치심의 부적절감과 실수 불안, 완벽주의에서는 자기지향 완벽주의가 사회적 상호작용 불안과 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 사회공포증에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 완벽주의의 영향력은 나타나지 않았으나 내면화된 수치심의 부적절감과 실수 불안이 정적 상관관계로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of internal shame and perfectionism on social insecurity. To this end, Cook (1987) was developed for 320 men and women over 20 years of age living in G and J areas, and developed by Hewitt & Flett (1991), an internalized shame scale developed by Lee In-sook and Choi Hae-rim (2005). A self-reported survey was conducted using the multi-dimensional perfectionism scale developed by Han Ki-yeon (1993), developed by Mattick & Clarke (1998), and the social interaction anxiety scale developed by Kim Hyang-sook (2001). Of these, 291 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results showed that social anxiety was positively correlated with social department perfectionism in inadequacy, mistake anxiety, and perfectionism. The analysis results by subvariable factors of social anxiety are as follows. In the sense of inadequacy, mistake anxiety and perfectionism of internalized shame, self-directed perfectionism had a positive correlation with social interaction anxiety. There was a positive correlation between sense and real anxiety.
