자활기업 참여자의 직무만족도가 자활효과에 미치는 영향: 사회적배제 매개효과

A Study on the Relationship between the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Self-Sufficiency Effect of Self-Support Enterprise Participants

본 연구의 목적은 자활기업 참여자의 직무만족도가 자활효과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 사회적배제의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 자활기업 참여자의 사회적배제를 감소시키고 자활효과를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 조사는 부산 소재 광역자활센터와 지역자활센터에서 창업한 자활기업에 참여하고 있는 종사자 133명을 대상으로 하였으며, SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 자활기업 참여자의 직무만족도가 자활효과에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자활기업 참여자의 직무만족도가 사회적배제에 정적(positive)인 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자활기업 참여자의 직무만족도가 자활효과에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이 관계에서 매개변수인 사회적배제는 부분매개효과가 있는 것이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 자활기업 참여자의 직무만족도, 사회적배제 및 자활효과 증진에 대한 실천적·정책적 함의를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of job satisfaction of self-supporting firms on the self-sufficiency effect, and to explore the effectiveness and activation of self-supporting firms by verifying the mediating effect of social exclusion. The study was conducted on 133 representatives and practitioners who participated in the project groups of the regional self-supporting organizations and regional self-help centers in Busan. Descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, job satisfaction of self-supporting firms was found to have a positive influence on self-sufficiency effect. The higher the job satisfaction of self-supporting firms, the higher the self-sufficiency effect. Second, job satisfaction of participants in self-support companies was found to have a significant influence on the social exclusion in a positive direction. Third, as a result of verifying the research model, the job satisfaction of the participants in the self-supporting firms has a positive effect on the self-sufficiency effect, and social exclusion, which is a mediator, has a partial mediating effect. Based on these findings, this study aims to provide practical and policy implications for job satisfaction, social exclusion and promotion of self-sufficiency of self-supporting enterprises.
