메이크업 아티스트의 업무 능력이 고객만족에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Work Ability of Makeup Artist on Customer Satisfaction

본 연구는 메이크샵을 방문한 고객이 인식하는 메이크업 아티스트의 업무능력이 메이크업 아티스트에 대한 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 검증하기 위하여 2016년 03월 10일부터 2016년 03월 20일까지 대구‧경북지역에 위치한 메이크샵을 직접 방문하여 메이크샵 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 메이크업 아티스트의 서비스 능력을 전문성, 신뢰성, 의사소통능력, 고객만족으로 요인분석을 하였고 그리고 메이크업 아티스트의 전문성, 신뢰성, 의사소통능력이 고객만족에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 고객만족요인을 종속변수로 뷰티전문가의 전문성 요인을 독립변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 고객만족요인은 가격대비, 서비스가치, 시술관리대비, 관리가치의 네 가지의 요인으로 나타났다. 메이크업 아티스트의 전문‧신뢰‧의사소통능력 요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 전문성 요인 중 관리 적절성과 관리 능숙성, 신뢰성 요인 중 기술적인 믿음성, 의사소통능력 요인 중에서는 이해심과 설득력이 가격대비 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

To verify how professionalism, reliability, and communication ability of beauty specialists affect customer satisfaction and to understand association between vocational competency of NCS and realistic vocational ability of beauty specialists, this study visits nail salon in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do from March 10 2016 to March 20 2016, so conducts a survey targeting customers of beauty shops. Service abilities of beauty specialists are departmentalized into beauty fields, so a factorial analysis is conducted with professionalism, reliability, communication ability, and customer satisfaction, and t-test is conducted to examine a difference of factors according to gender, age, and marriage. In addition, one-way ANOVA is conducted to examine a difference of general beauty service ability factors, and Duncan-test is conducted for post-verification. To examine the effect of professionalism, reliability, and communication ability of beauty specialists on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction factor is set as a dependent variable and professionalism factor of beauty specialists is set as an independent variable, so multiple regression analysis is conducted. As a result of the analysis, procedure technique of professionalism factors and probity of reliability factors of customers with nail care service is high.
