청소년 비즈쿨 교육 운영 모형 개발

Development of Bizcool Education Model for Youth

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 비즈쿨 지원 사업의 교육 운영 모형을 개발하여 청소년 비즈쿨 지원 사업의 교육적 기초를 마련하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 비즈쿨 사업 현황 및 정부기관의 정책을 분석하고, 다중사례연구를 통하여 교육 운영 내용을 도출하였으며, 교육 운영 내용에 기초한 교육 운영 모형을 개발하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 비즈쿨의 사업 비전은 ‘청소년 기업가정신에 기초한 혁신 성장 실현’이며, 교육대상은 청소년이다. 둘째, 청소년 비즈쿨의 교육 목표는 ‘청소년이 자기 주도적으로 삶을 경영하며 참된 가치를 창조하는 혁신적인 인재 양성’이다. 셋째, 교육의 운영 원리로서 주도성, 연계성, 지속성, 일관성을 제시하였다. 넷째, 교육 요건으로서 비즈쿨 교재 활용 교육, 모의 경영 동아리 운영, 참여활동, 기업가정신 특강, 교육 공동체와 협력을 통한 운영을 제시하였다. 다섯째, 교수․학습 전략은 ‘가치와 쓸모에 대한 고민’, ‘몸소 부딪쳐 직접 실천’, ‘스스로 가치를 발견’, ‘문제 의식을 갖고 주체적으로 기획하고 구성’, ‘문제를 혁신적으로 해결해 나감’, ‘지속적이고 연계된 가치 체험’, ‘배우고 생각을 확장시킴’, ‘실전 체험을 통해 성찰하며 성장’, ‘진정한 기부와 나눔을 실천’하는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 비즈쿨 교육의 활성화를 위하여 법적 근거 마련과 표준프로그램 개발, 성과 관리체제, 운영을 위한 인프라 구축에 대하여 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an educational operation model for youth Bizcool support projects and to prepare an educational basis for youth Bizcool support projects. To achieve the purpose of this study, we analyzed the current status o fBizcooll projects and the policies of government agencies, and developed an education operation model based on the contents of education operation. The results were as follow. First of all, the business vision of youth Bizcool was “Achieving Innovation Growth based on Youth Entrepreneurship” as stated in the Youth Biz School Operation Manual. Second, the educational goal of the youth Bizcool was to cultivate innovative talents that young people manage their lives and create true values. Third, it suggested the initiative, connection, sustainability and consistency as the operation principle of education. Fourth, as a training requirement, Bizcool teaching materials were used, mock management clubs were operated, participation activities, entrepreneurship special lectures, and management were conducted through cooperation with the education community. Fifth, teaching and learning strategies include worries about values and usefulness , hands on by themselves , discovering values by themselves , planning and constructing subjectively with problem consciousness , and solving problems innovatively . It is about continuous and connected value experience , learning and expanding thoughts , reflection and reflection through hands-on experience , and actual donation and sharing . Lastly, in order to revitalize the youth biz school education, it was suggested to establish legal basis, develop standard program, performance management system and infrastructure for operation.
