중등 예비교사의 현장 적응성 강화를 위한 교직실무 교과목 운영 및 개선 요구 분석

Analysis of the needs of operation and improvement of the “Teaching Practice Course” for strengthening the capacity of secondary pre-service teachers

이 연구는 사범대학에 재학 중인 중등 예비교사들의 현장적응성 강화를 위해, 현재 교직소양 과목으로 운영 중인 교직실무 강좌의 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 교직실무 강좌와 관련된 현형 법령을 살펴보고, 사범대학 교직실무 강의계획서를 수집하여 유형별로 분석함으로써 강좌의 운영 실태를 살펴보았다. 그리고 대학에서 교직실무 강좌를 담당하고 있는 교수자들의 강좌 개선 요구를 조사․분석함으로써 교직실무 강좌의 현장 적응성을 높이기 위한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 중등 예비교사들의 현장 적응성 강화를 위한 교직실무 강좌의 개선방안은 크게 세 가지로 구분하여 제시하였는데, 개편 방향과 교과목명 변경안, 교수요목 및 교수내용 변경안, 교수방법 변경안 등을 차례로 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to find ways to improve the teaching practice classes currently being taught in teaching literacy courses for secondary pre-service teachers at the College of Education. To this end, first, we reviewed the operational status by collecting and analyzing the current law and the Teacher s College Practical Work Syllabus related to the teaching work lecture, and proposed future improvement methods for teaching work based on the demands of teachers to improve the lectures. The improvement plans for teaching work lectures were largely divided into the direction of lecture reorganization, the syllabus of teaching lectures, and the contents of teaching and teaching methods.
