특수교육 음악과 기본교육과정 국악 내용 변천 분석 : 초등 음악과를 중심으로

A Study on the Change of Basic Music Curriculum for Elementary School in Special Education : Focusing on Korean Traditional Music

이 연구의 목적은 기본교육과정 초등학교 음악교과서를 중심으로 2008 개정 교육과정부터 현재 사용되고 있는 2015개정 교육과정까지의 국악 내용을 분석하고, 특수교육에서 국악의 교육이 어떻게 발달되어 왔는지 역사적인 변천을 조사하여 국악교육의 방향성을 제시하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 2008개정, 2011개정, 2015개정 기본교육과정 초등 음악교과서 총 8권이며, 국악제재곡의 비중과 종류 그리고 활동영역을 분석하였다. 그 결과 교육과정이 개정될수록 국악제재곡의 비중이 높아지고, 종류가 다양해졌으며, 활동내용 역시 다양성 있게 구성되었다. 하지만 국악제재곡의 종류가 다양해진 반면 민요의 구성은 남도・경기 민요에 집중되었고, 서도민요와 제주민요는 초등 음악과 과정에서 제외되었다. 교육과정에 따라 국악을 생활화 할 수 있는 활동들이 증가하였고, 악기 활동에서는 지속적으로 소고, 사물악기를 활용하여 개정 교육과정 간 크게 다른 차이를 나타내지 않았다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the changes of Korean Traditional music education in special education and to suggest the way for future by analyzing the process of development. The study was analyzed into eight elementary music textbooks for the basic curriculum of 2008 revision, 2011 revision, and 2015. For the purpose, the researcher analyzed weight, type and contents of curriculum in Korean Traditional music. As a result, the portion of Korean Traditional songs increased as the curriculum was revised, the types of Korean Traditional songs varied, and the contents of activities were also diversified. However, while the types of songs have diversified, the composition of folk songs has been focused on the Namdo folk songs and Gyeonggi Folk Songs. Depending on the nature of the curriculum, the level of activity was presented, and the instrument activity continued to be considered and the use of the instrument did not show any significant differences between the revised curriculum.
