특수교육 대상학생의 진로 및 직업교육 지원을 위한 직종 상황평가 도구 개발

Development of Job-related ITSA(Individually Tailored Situational Assessment) for Career And Vocational Education of Students with Special Needs

이 연구는 특수교육 대상학생의 진로 및 직업교육 지원을 위한 직종 상황평가 도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 구체적인 목적은 첫째, 특수교육대상 학생의 진로 및 직업교육 지원을 위한 직업능력표준을 문헌을 통하여 분석하였고, 둘째, 분석한 직업능력표준에 맞게 직종 상황평가 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 연구를 위해, 직업능력표준 개발과 관련된 문헌들을 분석하였고, 개별 맞춤식 직종 상황평가 도구 개발을 위해 이와 관련된 자료를 분석하였다. 전문가 협의와 전문가 자문을 거처 최종적으로 자료를 수정 보완하였고, 이를 토대로 모의작업환경에서 평가를 실시할 수 있는 직종상황평가 도구를 개발하였다. 이 직종 상황평가 시스템은 특수교육대상 학생의 직능에 대한 실제적 평가를 통해 취업 가능 직종을 파악하는데 용이한 접근으로 장애학생의 직종 관련 능력을 평가할 수 있고, 평가결과의 누적을 통해 직업능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the vocational skills required by the industry standard for preparing and anticipating future career preparation of students with special needs, and developed situational assessment to assess standard vocation capacity. Research methods were the standard vocation capacity-related literature review and data analysis. and finally it has been complemented by a modified standard vocation capacity through professional consultation and expert advice. It devised the tools and manuals that can be evaluated in a simulated work environment based on it Situation assessment system is easy to identify availableness for employment through authentic assessment of the vocational skills of students with special needs.
