유아의 사회문제해결중심의 의사결정 프로그램이 리더십에 미치는 효과

The effects of the social resolution-based decision making program on leadership of young children

본 연구는 만 5세 유아를 대상으로 유아의 사회문제해결중심의 의사결정 프로그램이 리더십에 미치는 효과를 분석하여 유아를 대상으로 한 사회문제해결중심의 의사결정프로그램이 교육현장에 적용가능한지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 5세 유아 실험집단 20명과 통제집단 20명, 총 40명이다. 본 연구에서는 유아 사회문제해결 중심의 의사결정 프로그램(배성문, 2017)을 현장에서 주 2회 17회기로 진행하였다. 연구에 사용된 측정도구는 교사용 유아 리더십 도구(장영숙, 황윤세, 2009)이다. 수집된 검사자료는 SPSS 24.0 통계 프로그램으로 공분산분석(ANCOVA: Analysis of Covariance)을 실시하였다. 유아의 사회문제해결중심의 의사결정 프로그램이 리더십에 미치는 효과는 프로그램 처치를 한 실험집단 유아의 리더십이 통제집단 유아의 리더십보다 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 유아 리더십의 하위요소인 도전과 자신감, 타인존중, 자기행동관리와 문제해결능력 모두 실험집단 유아가 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아의 사회문제해결중심의 의사결정 프로그램이 만 5세 유아의 리더십 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 것을 의미한다.

This study was conducted in order to analyze the effects of the social problem-solving decision-making program on children aged 5 years old on their social emotional abilities and leadership. The purpose of the program is to analyze the effects of improving the child s leadership and to determine whether the decision-making program focusing on social problem solving is applicable to the education field. The study involved 20 five-year-old infant experimental groups and 20 control groups participants. In this study, Bae Sung-moon (2017) conducted a decision-making program focusing on solving infant social problems on site twice a week. The measurement tools used in the research is teaching infant leadership tools developed by Jang Young-sook and Hwang Yoon-sei(2009). They were analyzed as follows using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program with t-test, ANCOVA. This study are as follows: The effect of the infant social problem-solving decision-making program on the leadership has been improved on the leadership in the experimental group. It has been revealed that the experiment group s infants have significantly improved in terms of challenges and self-confidence, respect for others, self-behavior, and problem-solving skills. This means the infant social problem-solving decision-making program has had a positive influence on the improvement of social order and leadership of a 5-year-old child.
