대학생의 학업스트레스와 비효율적 학습습관, 벼락치기의 관계에서 미래지향시간관의 조절효과

The Moderating Effects of Future Time Perspective on the Relations between Academic Stress and Negative Study Habits, Cramming

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 학업스트레스가 비효율적 학습습관, 벼락치기에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향이 미래지향시간관에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 B시, C시, D시에 소재한 대학교의 재학생을 대상으로 학업스트레스, 비효율적 학습습관, 벼락치기, 미래지향시간관 척도로 검사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료 중 총347부(남학생 168명, 여학생 179명)를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였고, 미래지향시간관의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업스트레스와 비효율적 학습습관, 학업스트레스와 벼락치기의 관계에서 미래지향시간관의 조절효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 학업스트레스가 높을수록 미래지향시간관이 낮을수록 비효율적 학습습관과 벼락치기를 경험할 가능성이 높았다. 셋째, 미래지향시간관이 높은 학생이 낮은 학생보다 학업스트레스가 높아질 때 비효율적 학습습관과 벼락치기에 급격한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 대학생의 부정적 학습태도를 개선하기 위한 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effects of Future time perspective on the Relations between Academic stress and Negative study habits, Cramming of University students. The participants in this study were 347 University students(male=168, female 179) in B, C, D city, South Korea. The Data were collected with the questionnaire containing Academic stress, Negative study habits, Cramming and Future time perspective. The collected data were analyzed by pearson correlation analysis, moderating analysis of Baron and Kenny(1986)by using SPSS 25.0 program. The data were analyzed by Moderated Multiple Regression Analysis. Result of this study are as follow: First, through moderating analysis, Future time perspective are moderated role on relations between Academic stress and Negative study habits, Cramming. Second, the tendency of Negative study habits and Cramming increased whether the levels of Academic stress is high or the level of Future time perspective low. Third, the effect of Academic stress on Negative study habits and Cramming was found to be smaller than for students with high Future time perspective. But Negative study habits and Cramming has risen more steeply. This Findings suggest that the Future time perspective should be valuable contests of prevention or intervention.
