입원 중인 뇌병변 환자의 일상생활활동 능력에 따른 보호자 부담감과 삶의 질 상관관계 연구

A Study on the Relationship between guardian burden and quality of life according to Activitise of Daily Living of Brain Lesion Patients

목적 : 본 연구는 입원 중인 뇌병변 환자의 일상생활활동 능력에 따른 보호자의 부담감과 삶의 질과의 관계를 규명하고 차후 보호자에게 미치는 영향을 위한 연구의 기초자료로 활용 되는 것에 목적을 둔다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 기간은 2019년 4월 1일과 10월 1일부터 각 15일간 부산과 울산 지역의 재활병원과 종합병원에서 입원 치료를 받고 있는 뇌병변 환자 중 가족 간병을 하고 있는 보호자 74명을 분석하였다. 뇌병변 환자의 일상생활활동 능력은 한국판 수정된 바델 지수(K-MBI)를 통해 측정하였으며 보호자 부담감과 삶의 질은 설문조사를 통하여 확인하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 빈도분석과 피어슨 상관분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 입원 중인 뇌병변 환자의 일상생활활동 능력과 보호자의 부담감과의 관계는 음의 상관관계를 보였으며(p<.01), 삶의 질 또한 양의 상관관계를 보였다(p<.05). 뇌병변 환자의 일상생활활동 능력과 보호자의 부담감과의 관계에서는 식사, 화장실 사용, 계단 오르내리기, 옷입기, 대/소변 조절과 보행, 이동 항목에서 높은 상관관계를 보였으며(p<.01), 보호자의 삶의 질과의 관계에서는 식사와 보행 항목이 높은 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 결론 : 본 연구에서는 입원 중인 뇌병변 환자의 전반적인 일상생활활동 능력이 높을수록 보호자의 부담감은 낮고 삶의 질은 높게 나타났다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between caregiver s burden and quality of life according to the ability of daily living activities of brain lesion patients in hospitals. Methods : During the study for 15 days from April 1 and October 1, 2019. study was analyzed for 74 caregivers with family caregivers among patients with brain lesions who were hospitalized at rehabilitation and general hospitals in Busan and Ulsan. The activity of daily living of patients with brain lesions was measured by the Korean version of the modified Badell s Index (K-MBI). The burden of caregivers and quality of life were checked through a survey. statistical analysis using SPSS 23.0 Version. Results : There was a negative correlation between the patient s daily activities and the caregiver s burden (p <.01), and the quality of life also had a positive correlation (p <.05). The relationship between the daily living ability of patients and the burden of caregivers showed a high correlation with eating, restroom use, stair up / down, dressing, control of urine and urine, and movement (p <.01) and There was a high correlation between diet and gait items in the relationship of caregivers quality of life (p <.01). Conclusion : In this study, the higher the overall daily activities of the brain lesion patients in hospital, lower the burden on the guardian and higher the quality of life.
