특수교사가 인식하는 청각장애학생의 정체감, 직업효능감, Holland 모형의 구조 관계 연구

A Study on the Structural Relationship of Hearing Impaired Students’ Identity, Occupational Efficacy, and Holland Model

이 연구는 특수교사가 인식하는 청각장애학생의 정체감, 직업효능감, 그리고 Holland 모형의 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사가 인식하는 청각장애학생의 정체감, 직업효능감, 그리고 Holland 모형에 영향을 미치는 결정적인 요인은 교직경력이며, 교직경력이 높을수록 긍정적으로 인식한다. 둘째, 특수교사가 인식하는 청각장애학생의 정체감과 직업효능감의 관계에서 언어정체감과 직업효능감지원 요인이 주요 관점으로 작용한다. 셋째, 특수교사가 인식하는 청각장애학생의 정체감(언어정체감, 문화정체감)과 직업효능감(직업효능감지원, 직업효능감계발)의 요인에 대한 구조모형의 경로는 각각 독립적으로 타당성이 확보되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 특수교사가 인식하는 정체감 요인과 직업효능감 요인은 Holland 모형의 직업군 유형 요인에 대한 차별성이 나타났다. 결론적으로 특수교사가 인식하는 청각장애학생의 직업군 유형에 대한 인식은 직업효능감 요인보다는 정체감 요인에 의해 결정되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 청각장애학생을 위한 진로⋅직업교육은 정체감 요인에 기초한 계획과 내용 등에 관점을 두어야 함을 이 연구에서는 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between identity, occupational efficacy, and occupational group type of the Holland model of hearing impaired students recognized by special education teachers. The questionnaire for the three factors was developed and questionnaires were given to the special school teachers in the whole country. Total of 514 data of special education teachers were analyzed for this study. T-and F-test, structural equation modeling were utilized for this study. The results of this study were that: (a) the factors affecting the identity of the hearing impaired student, the occupational efficacy, and the recognition of the Holland model of the special teachers were teaching experience; (b) the relationship between the identity of the hearing impaired student and the occupational efficacy recognized by the special education teachers was a key aspect of the language identity and factors supporting the professional efficacy; (c) the two factors of the hearing impaired student identity recognized by the special education teachers and the path of the structural model for the two factors of occupational efficacy were independently validated; and (d) the perception of the type of occupational group of hearing impaired students was determined by the identity factor rather than the occupational efficacy factor. Therefore this study concluded that career and vocational education for the hearing impaired students should focus on the plan and contents based on the identity factor rather than the job efficacy factor.
