국내 수어통역사 관련 연구동향 분석

An Analysis of Research Trend on Sign Language Interpreter in Korea

본 연구는 수어통역사 관련 연구동향을 분석하여 기존 연구들의 함의와 특성을 파악하고, 연구의 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상으로는 2000년 이후 국내 수어통역사 관련 연구를 전수 조사하여 학술저널 18, 연구자료 2, 박사학위 2, 석사학위 16 등 총 38편을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 이후 기존 청각장애 관련 연구동향 분석 선행연구를 참조하여 연구동향 분석 변인으로 발표 유형, 연구년도별, 연구키워드, 분석내용, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구함의 등 총 7가지를 설정하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 수어통역사 관련 연구가 매우 부족하였다. 둘째, 수어통역사의 ‘직업만족도 및 역할의 중요성’에 대한 고려가 필요하였다. 셋째, 양적분석과 질적분석이 다양하게 사용되었고, 세부적인 연구방법으로는 질적분석으로 Q방법, 델파이조사, Giorgi 등을 사용하였다. 넷째, ‘수어통역사의 활동실태’가 가장 대표적이었고, 이는 수어통역사의 역할 강화와 직업만족도가 중요하기 때문이었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of Sign Language Interpreter(SLI) and identify the implications and characteristics of existing studies, and suggest directions for future research. A total of 38 SLI Papers after 2000 have been analyzed, including journals(18), research(2), doctor s degree(2), and master s degree(16). The analysis variables are the type of presentation, year of study, study keywords, object of the study, research method, research topic, and research implications. The research results are as follows. First, there is a significant lack of studies on SLI. Second, according to study keyword analysis, ‘job satisfaction and the importance of the role of SLI needs to be considered. Third, according to analysis of the research methods, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, Q method, Delphi survey and Giorgi qualitative analysis was utilized. Fourth, according to study topic analysis results, the study on ‘SLI activity status’ was most prominent.
