보육교사의 개인변인, 인성, 아동학대 예방행동의 관계

Correlation between childcare teacher’s personal variables, personality, and child abuse prevention behaviors

본 연구는 보육교사의 개인변인, 인성, 아동학대 예방행동 간에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지 알아보고 이를 통해 보육교사의 인성함양을 위한 인성교육 및 인성교육에 관한 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움을 제공하고자 하는데 의의가 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기지역 보육교직원 집합교육에 참여한 보육교사 213명이었으나 오탈자가 있는 설문지와 무응답의 설문지를 제외하고 최종 196명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 개인변인과 인성의 상관을 분석한 결과에서 연령, 경력, 결혼유무, 급여수준은 인성의 일부 하위요인과 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 개인변인과 아동학대 예방행동의 상관을 분석한 결과에서 연령과 결혼유무는 교사의 아동학대 예방행동의 일부 하위요인과 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타난 반면, 재직기관의 교사 수와는 유의미한 부적 상관이 나타났다. 교사의 인성과 아동학대 예방행동의 상관을 분석한 결과에서 인성과 아동학대 예방행동의 일부 하위요인과 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between personal variables, personality, and child abuse prevention behavior of child care teachers, and to provide assistance in developing personality education and character education programs for child care teacher s character development.. The subjects of the study were 213 childcare teachers who participated in the collective education of childcare teachers in Gyeonggi area, but the final 196 questionnaires were analyzed except for questionnaires with typos and non-response questionnaires. As a result of analyzing the correlation among personal variables and personality, age, career, marital status, and salary level showed a significant positive correlation with some sub-factors of personality. As a result of analyzing the correlations between individual variables and child abuse prevention behavior, age and marital status showed a significant positive correlation with some sub-factors of teacher abuse prevention behavior, while there was a significant negative correlation with the number of teachers in the in-service institutions. As a result of analyzing the correlation between teacher personality and child abuse prevention behavior, there was a significant positive correlation with some sub-factors of personality and child abuse prevention behavior.
