대학생의 자아존중감, 극복력, 대인관계유능성이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

Influence of Self-esteem, Resilience, and Interpersonal Competence on College Life Adjustment in College Students

본 연구는 대학생의 자아존중감, 극복력, 대인관계유능성, 대학생활적응과의 관계를 파악하고 대학생활적응을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구는 B시의 대학생 245명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 5월 1일에서 6월 30일까지 였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계와 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응의 차이는 t-test, 일원분산분석, 변수간의 관계는 피어슨 상관계수, 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 대학생활적응은 3.30±.60점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 자아존중감, 극복력, 대인관계유능성,과 대학생활적응과의 상관관계에서 대학생활적응은 자아존중감(r=.51, p<.001), 극복력(r=.54, p<.001), 대인관계유능성(r=.57, p<.001)과는 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대인관계유능성, 극복력, 자아존중감, 학년, 지원동기로 나타났고, 설명력은 44.1%였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between college student s self-esteem, resilience, interpersonal competence, and college life adjustment, and to provide the basic data to increased college life adjustment. This research involved 245 college students in B city. Data were collected from May 1, 2018 to June 30. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. In results of the study, college life adjustment appeared as 3.30±0.60 points. There were positive correlation between college life adjustment and self-esteem(r=.51, p<.001), between college life adjustment and resilience(r=.54, p<.001), between college life adjustment and interpersonal competence(r=.57, p<.001). The factors affecting the college life adjustment of college students were interpersonal competence, resilience, self-esteem, grade, and apply motivation, with an explanatory power of 44.1%. The results of this study require the development to programs to improve college life adjustment of college students.
