간호사의 환자경험 내러티브를 통한 간호의 발전적 측면 고찰

A Study on the Developmental Implications of Clinical Practice through the Patient Experience narratives of Nurses

이 연구에서는 임상 간호사 5인이 입원을 하면서 경험한 환자경험에 대하여 내러티브를 통해 간호의 발전 방향과 의료 기관의 미래 지향점에 대해 발전적 측면에서 고찰해 보았다. 내러티브를 통해 연구 결과로 도출된 주제는 ‘간호사의 옹호자 역할을 확대해야 함’이었으며, 세부 내용으로 ‘u-Health의 활용’, ‘병원 내 전문 간호사 영역 확립’, ‘환자 정보 실시간 공유 시스템 도입’, ‘인문학적 간호 문화 만들기’의 항목이 도출되었다. 간호사의 환자경험을 통해 살펴본 임상의 발전적 측면에 대한 고찰은 현재 간호계가 처한 상황을 비판적으로 성찰하게 하며, 참여자에게 더 나은 간호와 임상환경을 위한 밑거름으로 새로운 다짐을 가지는 교육의 효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이용자 중심으로 나아가는 간호의 청사진을 구상하고, 미래 임상 환경의 지속적인 질 향상을 위해 간호사의 환자경험을 간호 교육의 한 과정으로 도입하여 융복합 간호인재 양성에 이바지 할 수 있도록 제언하는 바이다.

In this study, we examined the development direction of nursing and the future direction of the medical institution through narratives about the patient experiences experienced by five clinical nurses during hospitalization. The topics derived from the study results through narratives were The Role of Nurses as Advocacy of Nurses and the topics of U-Health Utilization , Establish Patient Information Sharing System and Creating a Humanitarian Nursing Culture were derived in detail. The examination of clinical developmental aspects of the clinical practice, which was reviewed through the nurse s patient experience, had the effect of education, which gave critical reflection to the situation currently in the nursing world, and had a new commitment as a foundation for better nursing and clinical environment for participants. Based on the results of these studies, it is suggested that the medical institution can contribute to the development of mixed nursing personnel by drawing up a blueprint of nursing centered on users and introducing the patient experience of nurses as a course of nursing education to improve the quality of the future clinical environment.
