요양보호사의 가족기능과 건강행위가 행복감에 미치는 영향 (U시를 중심으로)

The Effects of Care Workers’ Family Function and Health Behavior on their Happiness (Focusing on U-city)

본 연구는 요양보호사의 가족기능과 건강행위가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 자료 수집은 2019년 6월 4일부터 2019년 7월 10일까지 U시에 거주하는 요양보호사 136명을 대상으로 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과 요양보호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 가족기능의 차이는 성별에서 유의미하였고, 연령, 최종학력에 따른 차이는 유의미하지 않았다. 건강행위와 행복감에서 연령과 최종학력은 유의미하였고, 성별에서 유의수준 5%에서 유의미하지 않았다. 가족기능, 건강행위와 행복감과의 상관관계는 행복감은 가족기능의 응집성(r=.356, p<.001), 적응성(r=.168, p<.05) 순으로 정의 상관이 높았다. 행복감은 건강행위의 건강실천 행위(r=.366, p<.001), 질병예방 행위(r=.365, p<.001)와는 정의 상관이, 건강위해 행위(r=-.309, p<.001)와는 유의미한 부의 상관이 있었다. 가족기능의 응집성과 건강실천 행위가 높을수록, 건강위해 행위와 가족기능의 적응성이 낮을수록 행복감이 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 요양보호사의 지속적인 건강실천행위가 이루어질 수 있도록 사회적 노력이 요구된다.

This study was designed to verify the the effects of care workers’ family functuin and health behavior on their happiness. The data was collected using the SPSS 25.0 program for 136 care workers living in U City from June 4, 2019 to July 10, 2019. As a result, differences in family function according to general characteristics of care workers were significant in gender, but not in age and final education level. Age and final educational attainment were significant in health behaviors and happiness, but not significant at 5% of gender. Correlation between family function, health behavior and happiness was positively correlated with family cohesiveness (r=.356, p<.001) and adaptability (r=.168, p<.05). Happiness has positive correlation with health practice behavior (R=.366, p<.001) and disease prevention behavior (r=.365, p<.001), but has a negative correlation with health hazard behavior (r=-.309, p<.001). The higher the cohesiveness of family function and health practice behavior and the lower the adaptability of family function and health hazard behavior, the higher the happiness. Therefore, social efforts are required for the continuous health practice behavior of care workers.
