중국 예비은퇴자들의 주거 애착에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

A Study on factors of affecting on Residential attatchment of Chinese pre-retiree

본 연구는 급변하고 있는 중국의 노인인구의 주거행태 및 주거소비를 고려하여, 중국 예비은퇴자들의 주거애착에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 최근 중국 내에서는 고령화가 심화됨에 따라 노후준비 패턴과 주거에 대한 인식이 변화하고 있다. 선행연구를 토대로 인구사회학적 특성과 가족 및 사회관계망특성이 주거애착에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상하여, 본 연구에서는 성별 및 나이, 소득수준과 부부애착과 자녀교류빈도, 친구와 이웃교류빈도 등을 살펴보았다. 주거애착속성에 관한 문항들에 대해 요인분석을 실시해본 결과, 응답자들의 주거애착속성은 안정성과 착근성 두 가지 요인으로 나뉘는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그 다음으로 예비은퇴자들의 주거애착에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 시행한 결과 각 요인에 영향을 미치는 변수들은 상이했다. 안정성과 착근성 두 가지 요인에 모두 영향을 미치는 변수는 부부애착과 이웃관계만족도 변수로 드러났다. 또한 주관적 소득수준과 자녀교류빈도는 안정성에, 이웃교류빈도는 착근성에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Currently, the movement of the population has increased in China. Also the concept of residential and residential consumption has also changed. The purpose of this study is finding the factors of affecting on residential attathment of chinese pre-retiree. Based on previous research, it is expected that the characteristics of demographic societies and family and social network characteristics will affect residential attachment. This study examined socio-demographic factors, couple attachment, communicate with neighbors, friends and their children. In the result of factor analysis showed that the residential attachment were grouped into two factors, stability and rootedness. And the variables affecting each factor were found to be different. Marital attachment and satisfaction with neighboring relationships affected both stability and rootedness, but subjective income level and child exchange frequency only affected stability, and neighborhood exchange frequency only influenced rootedness.
