유치원 교사의 행복플로리시, 셀프리더십 및 임파워먼트 간의 구조적 관계

The Structural Relationship among Kindergarten Teachers’ Flourishing, Self-leadership, and Empowerment

본 연구에서는 유치원 교사의 행복플로리시, 셀프리더십, 임파워먼트 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 행복플로리시가 임파워먼트에 미치는 직접효과와 셀프리더십을 매개한 간접효과를 규명하였다. 본 연구는 인천광역시의 공립과 사립 유치원에 근무하고 있는 교사 235명을 대상으로 하였다. 유치원 교사의 행복플로리시, 셀프리더십, 임파워먼트를 측정하기 위한 설문지를 배부하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공분산구조 분석을 실시한 결과, 행복플로리시, 셀프리더십, 임파워먼트 간의 최종적인 구조적 관계 모형은 모든 적합도 지수에서 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 행복플로리시는 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 셀프리더십도 임파워먼트에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행복플로리시는 임파워먼트에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 셀프리더십을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 셀프리더십은 행복플로리시가 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향에 있어 간접적인 영향을 미치는 매개변인임을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the structural relationship among kindergarten teachers’ flourishing, self-leadership, and empowerment. The study verified a structural model to analyze the effects of kindergarten teacher’s flourishing and self-leadership on empowerment. The subjects were 235 public or private kindergarten teachers in Incheon City. The data were collected by a questionnaire method and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The structural equation model using the maximum likelihood method was applied to verify the structural model of the study. The results of the study revealed that kindergarten teachers’ flourishing affects their self-leadership and empowerment positively, and the self-leadership also affects the empowerment positively. The results also revealed that kindergarten teacher’s flourishing affects the empowerment indirectly via self-leadership. Thus, the self-leadership is a positive mediator to the effects of kindergarten teacher’s flourishing on the empowerment.
