대학생의 성인애착과 사회불안의 관계: 역기능적 신념과 정서표현 양가성과 정서조절 곤란의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Relationship between Adult Attachment and Social Anxiety of College Students: The Mediating Effects of Dysfunctional Beliefs, Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness, and Difficulties in Emotional Regulation

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 성인애착, 역기능적 신념, 정서표현 양가성, 정서조절 곤란과 사회불안간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 전라북도 내 4개 대학교에 재학하고 있는 348명의 자료를 수집하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 애착불안과 사회불안의 관계에서 역기능적 신념과 정서조절 곤란은 완전매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 사회불안의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성과 정서조절 곤란은 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착회피와 사회불안의 관계에서 역기능적 신념과 정서조절 곤란은 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 애착회피와 사회불안의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성과 정서조절 곤란은 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구가 갖는 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between adult attachment, dysfunctional beliefs, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, difficulties in emotional regulation, and social anxiety. Participants were comprised of 348 college students from 4 universities in the Chonbuk province. Results of the study are as follows: first, dysfunctional belief and difficulties in emotional regulation fully mediated the relationship between attachment anxious and social anxiety. Second, in the relationship between attachment anxious and social anxiety, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and difficulties in emotional regulation showed partial mediating effects. Third, in the relationship between attachment avoidance and social anxiety, both dysfunctional belief and difficulties in emotional regulation showed partial mediation. Fourth, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and difficulties in emotional regulation showed had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between attachment avoidance and social anxiety. Implications, limitation and suggestions for further study are discussed.
