청소년의 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 학교생활 적응과 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 : 은평지역 중·고등학생을 중심으로

The Effects of Social Support, School Life Adaptation and Career Decision-Making Autonomy on the Career Preparation Behavior of Middle and High School Students

본 연구는 사회적 지지와 학교생활적응, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 학교생활적응과 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 은평지역 중학교 851명, 고등학교 583명이었다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 기술통계량과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 사회적 지지와 학교생활 적응, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 사회적 지지는 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개하여 진로준비행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지는 학교생활 적응을 매개하여 진로준비행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examines the influence of social support, school life adaption, and career decision-making autonomy on career preparation behaviors as well as the mediating effects of school life adaption and career decision-making self-efficacy. Participants included 851 middle school and 583 high school students from the Eunpyeong district. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were employed to investigate the collected data and yielded the following results: Social support, school life adaption and career decision-making self-efficacy directly impact career preparation behavior. In addition, social support mediates both career decision-making self-efficacy and adaptation to school life thus directly impacting career preparation.
