교사와 또래 지지가 가출청소년의 사회적 탄력성에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Teacher and Peer Support on Runaway-Adolescent s Social Resiliance

본 연구는 교사와 또래 지지가 가출청소년의 사회적 탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 가출청소년의 사회적 탄력성에 영향을 미치는 교사와 또래의 구체적 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 K도와 W시의 청소년상담복지센터, D시 일시 보호소와 청소년 드롭인 센터의 가출청소년 172명이었고, 연구도구로는 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 교사지지, 또래지지와 사회적 탄력성에 관한 질문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 분석, 상관 분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구 대상자들의 일반적 특성으로 연령은 13세에서 19세 사이로 평균 16.9세로 남자 청소년이 여자 청소년 보다 현저하게 많았고, 가출청소년은 또래지지를 교사지지보다 높게 지각하였으며, 교사와 또래지지 두 요인 모두가 가출청소년의 사회적 탄력성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 탄력성 요인별 다중회귀분석 결과 협동성에는 교사지지가 더 영향을 미치는 것으로, 주장성에는 또래지지가 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공감에는 또래지지가 교사지지 보다 다소 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 가족지지가 제한된 가출청소년이라 할지라도 교사와 또래의 지지가 사회적 탄력성으로 작용하고 있음을 보여주었으며, 교사와 또래의 지지를 증진시킬 수 있는 보다 실질적이고 구체적인 방법을 모색할 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teacher and peer support on runaway-adolescent social resiliance and then to looked into practical factors in social resiliance. The subjects were 172 runaway-adolescents living in a emergency center and drop in center in K-Do, W-Si, D-Si. and completed the questionnaires(general characteristics, teacher support, peer support, and social resiliance). Data were analysed by descriptive statics, Pearson s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The major results of as follow: The average years old was 16.9 and boys outnumbered girls. The runaway-adolescents perceived higher peer support than teacher s. Both Teacher and peer support were effect runaway-adolescent social resiliance. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed those : At first, the cooperativity were more effected by teacher support than peer s. Second, the insistancy were more effected by peer supportt thanteacher s. Last, the empathy were more effected by peer support than teacher s. Along with major findings of the study, practical implications for resiliance planning to develop improving supports in teacher and peer and to tackle issues of runaway adolescent.
