DACUM 기법을 활용한 재활심리사의 직무분석

Job Analysis of Rehabilitation Psychologist Based on DACUM Method

재활심리사는 장애인 당사자와 가족 등에 대한 심리평가 및 지원 서비스를 제공하고, 사회인식 개선 및 환경 개선을 위한 직무를 수행하는 전문가이다. 본 연구는 DACUM 직무분석 기법을 활용하여 재활심리사가 현장에서 수행하고 있는 직무, 즉 책무와 과업 그리고 직무에 필요한 일반적 지식과 기술을 살핌으로써 재활심리사의 직업적 가치와 전문가로서 요구되는 직업역량을 고찰하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 8개의 책무와 28개의 과업이 도출되었다. 도출된 8개의 책무와 28개의 과업은 각각 고유한 영역으로 과업을 수행하기 위한 일반적 지식이나 기술을 포함하고 있다. 각 책무는 2~6개의 과업으로 이루어져 있으며, 각 과업은 2~5개의 관련 지식 및 기술로 구성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 각 책무 및 과업별로 재활심리사가 지각하는 난이도, 중요도 인식 및 수행 빈도를 조사함으로써 과업의 우선순위를 선정하여 교육과정에서 우선적으로 다루어야 할 영역을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 재활심리사의 교육훈련과정 개발을 위한 과정 중 책무와 과업에 초점을 맞추었는데, 추후 연구에서는 교육과정 개발에 필요한 과업요소를 도출하여 대학 및 대학원의 정규과정에 적용할 수 있는 교육과정을 개발할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 결과는 재활심리사의 직업적 위상을 공고히 해주는 계기를 마련함으로써 재활심리사의 자격이 국가수준의 자격으로 한 단계 격상된 모습을 갖추기 위한 기반으로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 이는 향후 재활심리사 자격제도의 운영과 관리 등의 체계를 확립하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study was to examine the duty, task, general knowledge and skills of rehabilitation psychologist who works in the field of rehabilitation psychology, and review the job capacities of rehabilitation psychologist. As a result of the study, 8 duties and 28 tasks were founded. Each duties and tasks were distinctive area and include general knowledge and skills for performing the tasks. Each duties composed with 2 to 6 tasks, and each tasks composed with 2 to 5 related knowledge and skills. Also the priority of task was examined to determine the order of education and training priority according to factors of rehabilitation psychologist. Through this, the difference of emphasis according to characteristics of rehabilitation psychologist were verified. This study focused on the defining the duties and tasks, in the process of developing the course of education and training of rehabilitation psychologist. In the following study, the task elements that needed for developing the course of education and training should be dealt for application to official credit course of university and graduate schools. Lastly, the result of this study could be a opportunity of making a secure foundation of rehabilitation psychologist, and also utilized as a base for advancing to national authorized license of rehabilitation psychologist which has systematic operating and administration system.
