In study, a survey was performed to total 1,745 respondents including married males (753) and females (723), and also the harmers (143) and the victims (126) of domestic violence. The findings of the multiple regression analysis to set the anger as a dependent variable are that the anger of husbands who are under legal restraints is affected by their dysfunctional communication and wives sexual neglect, and that the anger of normal husbands is influenced by wives dysfunctional communication, the alcohol dependency of themselves, wives infidelity, their excessive attachment to the spouse, their dysfunctional communication, and wives alcohol dependency. The results of the multiple regression to define the violent behavior as a dependent variable shows that the violence of husbands under legal restraints is significantly affected by wives attachment to the spouse and the sexual neglect, and that, in the female group, husbands violence is influenced by their dysfunctional communication, infidelity, and wives dysfunctional communication. In both husbands and wives in the normal group, husbands dysfunctional communication has the most significant effect on the violence; more specifically, in the male group, alcohol dependency, wives dysfunctional communication, sexual neglect, and offspring s problems influence husbands violence and, in the female group, husbands family conflicts, alcohol dependency, and wives sexual neglect are effective on the husbands violence
