The object of this study is to examine the vocational career education based on educational-industrial cooperation for disabled students. Accordingly, basic theories, models were found out and plans are presented. The close cooperation is an essential factor for educational-industrial cooperation. In the local autonomy government, schools, vocational facilities need to be established, followed by the specialized education with the regional distinguish. For this job training, it is ideal directions that the linking system of the two agencies should be institutionalized and schools are to in charge of education; industrial circles job training. As the administers views and the individuals position or license who are in charge of job education are different respectively by the institutions, so their views on the roles and limits of vocational education are different. Therefore, the subjective and specific guidance method adjusted to the specialities of the communities and schools need to be researched and considered. An educational-industrial cooperation is to be thought as field education as well as is to be activated with the adoption of research aides, using of human resources, information sharing, entrusted education and facility tour and so on.
